Chinese public demanding law on cyber security: survey

The public in China are crying out for improved legislation on Internet security, as 70 percent of them have had their personal information leaked online, new research results have indicated.
Thirty percent of the 3,046 people surveyed even claimed to have been victims of information leaks more than once, according to the research conducted by "Banyuetan," or "China Comment," which is published by Xinhua News Agency and is China's biggest political magazine by circulation.
