Children abused 'to order' on Skype

Online pedophiles are paying to have children in overseas countries sexually abused according to their preferences in an alarming development police have dubbed "made-to-order" child abuse.
The Australian Federal Police is sounding the alarm over the use of live-streaming programs such as Skype to force children to engage in live sex-shows, paid for in advance by pedophiles in Australia and other Western countries.
