Australia's Privacy Commissioner will not investigate Facebook

Privacy Commissioner Timothy Pilgrim will not investigate Facebook after the social network assured him it had fixed a major privacy flaw.
Australian security consultant Nik Cubrilovic sparked a privacy scare after posting a blog a week ago which demonstrated that Facebook was still collecting identifiable information about users after they had logged out from the social network.
