Small claims court for .co.za domains

The .za Domain Name Authority (.za DNA) announced the introduction of new formal process, the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) regulations, for disputes regarding .co.za domain names on the Web.
With this new process, domain name disputes can be resolved comparatively cheaply and quickly, acting as a small claims court for domain names. In the past they went through the high court, which could cost as much as R250,000, required complainants to spend time attending court and could be drawn out for years. Prior to the ADR process, many domain name owners faced with complaints from large and wealthy institutions were forced to concede defeat due to a lack of resources to fight their cause.
